Every deal you close earns you equity points. These points accumulate in your account and convert into real quarterly cash distributions based on company performance. The more you close, the more points you earn, the bigger your quarterly payout.
Example: If you close 10 deals in Q1, you might earn 100 equity points. At the end of the quarter, each point is worth $X based on total company revenue. Top performers have banked $40,000+ in a single quarter from equity distributions alone.
